NEON LIGHTING

Neon lights are a type of lighting that utilizes glass tubes filled with neon gas or other rare gases to create a vibrant, glowing effect.

Neon lights consist of glass tubes bent into various shapes or letters to form words, symbols, or designs. The tubes are sealed and filled with a specific gas, such as neon or argon. Electrodes at each end of the tube are connected to a power source.

When a high voltage electrical current is applied to the electrodes, it ionizes the gas inside the tube, causing it to emit light, different gases produce different colours of light, with neon typically producing a reddish-orange glow, and other gases creating colours.

Neon lights are used for various purposes, including commercial signage, decorative lighting, art installations, and architectural accents. They are commonly seen in storefronts, restaurants, bars, theatres, and other establishments.

Neon lights can be custom-made to specific designs, allowing for personalised signage or unique decorative elements. Skilled neon tube benders can create intricate shapes and letters to match individual preferences.
